Parthenocissus tricuspidata 'Veitchii'

Boston ivy

Price: €10.95

Excellent coverage for walls, trees and fences, requiring no support. Boston ivy covers the façades of many Dublin buildings. It turns a great shade of crimson red in the autumn before losing its leaves for the winter, and can grow to 20 m in height, and clings to surfaces without support - known as a self-clinging climber. It is ideal for walls which are bare or feautureless, and requires no wire or trellis. Climbers such as this do no harm to buildings, and can provide a great habitat for a variety of wildlife. Plant in sun or shade. 60-100cms tall plants in a 2L container.
