If you have a query about an online order, a Biohort shed etc, you will need to submit your enquiry using this page. We will endeavor to reply to you promptly.  If you have tried to get through to us via phone, we apologise if we weren't able to answer your phonecall.

  • Our four shops are open 7 days a week. See the bottom of our home page for opening times and phone numbers.
  • Please allow up to one week for delivery. During very busy periods this can be longer than one week.
  • Orders for bulk landscape materials such as grass, gravel, bark mulch generally are delivered one week form receipt of order.
  • If you do not receive your delivery within one week, please contact us using this form.
  • Place your order through the website. There is no need to register: simply 'add to cart' and go through the checkout.
  • When placing an order, you can put a query in the 'comments' section of the checkout, eg if you wish to add something that you don't see available online, or add a message if the order is a gift.
  • If you are not entirely happy with your order, or damage has taken place during delivery, please contact us within 2 days so that we can rectify the situation. Items will be refunded or replaced. Non-plant items can be returned (at customer's expense) along with receipt / order number, and a full refund will be made if the condition is the same as when purchased.
