Update - our three shops OPEN. There is a delay on orders of bulky items such as grass, topsoil, for which we apologise.

  • Due to the huge number of online orders we have received, there can be a delay of up to 10 days on bulk orders such as topsoil etc.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot always get to the phone right now, as our shops are very busy with customers.
  • Please, only contact us if you have a query relating to an existing order.
  • Place your order through the website. There is no need to register: simply 'add to cart' and go through the checkout.
  • When placing an order, you can put a query in the 'comments 'section of the checkout, eg if you wish to add something that you don't see available online.
  • We're sorry, once you have placed an order, it is not possible to amend it unless you have put something in the 'comments section' (in which case we will contact you when preparing your order.)
  • Delivery time varies between 2-3 days for many orders (which we frequently achieve) up to ten days for bulk items such as grass, topsoil, bark mulch.
