Due to the amount of activity in our shops at the moment, we may not be  able to get to the phone at the moment. Don't despair. You can fill in this contact form if you need to get in touch, and we will do our best to get back to you promptly. 

Our four shops are all open 7 days a week.  Clare Street is closed on Mondays.

  • Please allow up to one week for delivery. During very busy periods this can be longer than one week.
  • If you do not receive your delivery within one week, please contact us using this form.
  • Place your order through the website. There is no need to register: simply 'add to cart' and go through the checkout.
  • When placing an order, you can put a query in the 'comments' section of the checkout, eg if you wish to add something that you don't see available online, or add a message if the order is a gift.
  • We're sorry, once you have placed an order, it is not possible to amend it unless you have left a note in the comments section (in which case we will contact you when preparing your order.)
  • If you are not entirely happy with your order, or damage has taken place during delivery, please contact us within 2 days so that we can rectify the situation. Items will be refunded or replaced. Non-plant items can be returned (at customer's expense) along with receipt / order number, and a full refund will be made if the condition is the same as when purchased.
