Rubus x loganbaccus

Loganberry

Price: €9.95
Current stock: 1

This is a relative of both raspberries and blackberries. Loganberries have large, long, cone-like berries which are borne in mid-July all the way through until the end of August. They are best eaten when the berries have turned a lovely burgundy-red colour and are ideal for cooking or freezing, as they keep their shape and have a rich flavour. This is a vigorous plant which needs training either against a fence or on a trellis. Canes which have fruited can be cut down in October. Plant in full-sun or light-shade in any garden soil. 2L container. Please note, items displayed on this website may not be available in each of our shops.
