Rosa 'Zepherine Drouhin'

'Zepherine Drouhin' climbing rose

Price: €10.95

Beautiful, cerise-pink flowers with an overwhelming Bourbon fragrance make this climbing rose stunning in spring and autumn - and it's almost thornless too! Bred in France in 1868, this is considered an 'antique' rose. The canes are almost thornless and the dark green foliage is thick and very healthy, displaying coppery purple new growth making a vivid contrast with the pink blossoms. A good rose to train up a porch, column, trellis or fence where you will pass it often, or for use where children may be playing. Grows and flowers better in the shade than any other rose. Can grow 3-4 metres. Plant in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Repeat blooming from spring to autumn. 40-50cm tall plants in a 3L container. Please note: items displayed on this website may not be in stock in each of our shops.
