Katherine St. Angelo's work explores the world around us. Skies, seas, clouds, storms, landscape, dawn, dusk and night. Colours and textures seem inherently Irish, reflecting the ever-changing skies, stormy seas adn rocky landscape.  Originally from the United States, Katherine now lives and works in Belfast. This large painting (100 x 100cm),  To and from the Edge, appears to be a dark, heavy sky, a golden cloud, a touch of orange sunset, its reflection, a tumultuous sea, a rocky shoreline, a looming cliff...
