Philodendron pedatum
Couldn't load pickup availability
Philodendron pedatum has its origins in the rainforests of South America, so this relatively easy to care for, indoor plant is sure to add a splash of the exotic to your home.
Light: This plant enjoys bright-indirect light, however it is very adaptable to a shadier corner.
Water: Allow the top half of the potting mix to dry out between waterings, fertilise once a month during the growing season.
Air: Prefers warmer air (15-29ºC) and higher humidity, so mist the foliage between waterings, sit the plant on a tray of watered pebbles or use a humidifier.
When repotting, use a well-draining houseplant potting mix, even adding some orchid bark or perlite to increase drainage.
Pot size: D15cm x H15cm Plant size: approximately W40cm x H40cm
We stock a wide range of indoor plants in our Clare Street and Monkstown shops. We ony have a small selection of indoor plants available online. Decorative pots shown in photos are not included.
