  • Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, Sundays & bank holidays 11.00 to 5.00. Closed for Christmas, Patrick's Day, Easter Day and New Year's Day.
  • Online orders: most items (excluding Biohort sheds) take up to one week for delivery. During very busy periods, it may take longer than one week.
  • Delivery queries: if you do not receive your delivery within one week, please contact us, ideally via our Contact us form or to the email address from which you received the order confirmation.
  • Bulk landscape order lead times: orders for bulk items such as roll out grass, topsoil, gravel etc are generally also delivered within one week, except at very busy periods. We will contact you prior to delivery. Pease leave any specific delivery instructions with us when placing your order.
  • Delivery charges: calculated at the checkout. Most orders are shipped for a flat-rate charge of €6.95. Bulk orders for landscaping products cost €30.00. Biohorts are shipped free of charge, as are small items such as gift vouchers.
  • Order issues: if you are not entirely happy with your order, or damage has taken place during delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order so that we can rectify the situation. We will replace the item or refund you.
  • Returns policy: if you want to return an item for any reason (excluding plants) they should be returned to one of our shops, along with a receipt / order number. A full refund will be made if the condition is the same as when purchased.
  • Plants return policy: we're sorry, but we cannot accept the return of plant items after more than 2 days, as their condition may have deteriorated.
  • Gift returns policy: if you wish to return a gift (excluding plants) and do not have the receipt, please bring any of the original packaging with you. If the product was purchased from us and is still in perfect condition, it may be swapped for another item or for store credit.
  • Delivery: we can organise delivery of almost any item from our shops to almost anywhere. Please talk to a member of staff about delivery charges for in-store purchases. Please note, in-store purchases may differ from web-shop delivery charges.
