When we were contacted by the organisers of this event to see if we'd be interested in having a 'Howbert & Mays pop-up shop' for the duration of their garden festival, we quickly said yes. The speakers and events look interesting and stimulating. Plus it's being held in the beautiful, certified organic Arts & Crafts style gardens of Ballintubbert House near Athy, Co Laois.
We will travel down with a selection of plants, gardening tools, books and other wares from our shops in Monkstown and Clare Street. We look forward to seeing you there.
It's a two-day festival of talks, workshops, organic cooking, garden tours, foraging classes and more. Inspiring head gardeners, plantspeople, chefs, garden writers, landscapers, perfumers and business people will share their knowledge in a beautiful setting.
