Refund policy
We offer a full refund on products if you decide to change your mind. You will need your till receipt or proof of purchase such a bank statemement. The original packaging / labelling will need to be intact and in good condition. This does not apply to plants, bulk orders or persihable items.
We guarantee that our products are of good quality and are fit for purpose. If you receive something from us that isn’t of ‘merchantable quality’, ‘as described’ or fit for the intended purpose, then you have a right to one of the three Rs: Repair, Replace or Refund.
A product warranty does not cover general wear and tear through regular use or where the product has been used beyond its capability.
If you belive that you have received a faulty product or a product that is not fit for purpose, please follow these simple steps.
Please use the contact form on this website so that our team can keep a log of your query and resolve it as quickly as possible. Briefly outline the fault and we will try to resolve things for your quickly. We will ask you to submit a photo of the faulty item, as well as proof of purchase.
Alternatively, please drop the product into one of our shops, along with proof of purchase, your name and email address.
- You will need to have a receipt, invoice or bank statement showing proof of purchase. We need this in order to establish when the item was purchased from us.
- Explain what the fault is and how you want it corrected.
- Our team will review the product. Any product that is deemed to be faulty, rather than damaged through use or misuse, will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
- If a product has been damaged through misuse (ie working beyond its intended capacity, dropping, tearing etc) we are not in a position to replace or refund it.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
