Terms of service

We aim to deliver most orders within one week. Some items such as Biohort sheds can take up to 4-5 weeks. If you do not receive your order within one week, please contact us so we can update you. Delivery is done either by AnPost or by ourselves. We cannot always notify you about the exact date or time of delivery. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order or our service, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order. Faulty products, ie products that are not as described, have a manufacturing fault, are not fit for purpose can be repaired, replaced or refunded.
