Anonymous, Boats on the Shore (dated 1903)

A fisherman repairs his nets on the shore. Other boats and figures are further down the coast. Vivid blues and remarkable detail in the painting. We don't know the artist - the only clue is a monogram in the bottom left and '03' (which we assume it is 1903.) Oil on board. 35cm wide  x 27cm high. Newly framed.
