Portrait of a Dublin lady (signed and dated 1920 behind mount). Her patterned scarf, long brown hair and steady gaze bring the viewer back over a century into a different world. Well exectuted, detailed and vibrant. We have had this watercolour framed with archival mount and backing, as well as UV resistangt glass.
The original frame has been restored and retained, along with the original framers' tape on the reverse that reads:
