DeWit 'Rock'n root' trowel (Item No. 3032)

With its long, narrow concave blade, this trowel is designed for digging out weeds with long taproots such as thistles and dandelions. It is specifically designed to dig around the root and with the long blade you can get deep enough to remove the complete root, meaning the weed won't grow back. Also useful for planting smaller bulbs or for working with alpine plants.

Hand forged in Holland by deWit, a fifth generation of quality garden tool makers. Made from strong, carbon steel and with an FSC hardwood handle.

Total length 28cm, width 4cm with a 14cm long handle.
