The Cuala Press was founded in Dundrum Co Dublin, in 1908 by Susan and Lily Yeats, sisters of the poet W.B. Yeats and painter Jack B. Yeats. An early woman-led business, it was important in the Celtic revival and published the work of emerging and established artists and writers.
