'Moby Brick' is a brick-textured whale, a play on Moby Dick, the white sperm whale from Herman Melville's novel of the same name. A small sailing boat bobs on the waves above. A bold, humorous etching that reflects Pete Hogan's experience as a round-the-world sailor, combining his love of architectural drawing and Dublin's built heritage.

Pete Hogan is a Dublin artist whose street scenes and architectural drawings have documented Dublin life and architecture for almost four decades. He has sailed around the world and is also an accompished maritime artist.

Signed bottom right. Etching on paper. Artist's proof. Image dimensions approx 33cm x 23cm. Framed with archival quality mounting and museum quality UV protecting, non-reflecting glass..
