A specialist trowel, traditionally used by archaeologists because of its shape, strength and durability. Like all Sneeboer tools, this is a tool that is made to go on and on performing with prolonged use. Shaped like a pointing trowel, but much stronger. Sneeboer hand tools have been the choice of professionals for over a hundred years.

The archaeology trowel is ideal for cutting through compacted soil and friable sediments, making it an essential tool for archaeologists. The hardened, stainless steel blade is hand forged and precisely tapered for flexibility and strength. Because of its small size, it is perfect for precision work.

The blade is positioned in such a way in relation to the handle as to put a minimum amount of pressure on the wrist, allowing one to work for prolonged periods at a time.

Like all Sneeboer gardening tools, this is a high quality garden tool that has been designed and made to last for lifetimes.
