Dasylirion longissimum / Mexican grass tree

A most unusual 'grass tree' that is in fact officially classed as a succulent. The tufted grass-like leaves are a blue-green colour. As the plant matures, a small roughly textured stem appears.

Daysylirion requires excellent drainage and plenty of light. They are suitable for well-drained pots and planters, for raised beds or for stony / sandy soil in well-drained locations. They are generally hardy in terms of temperature. Good drainage is the most important factor to consider, in combination with a bright / sunny location.

Young plants have are approx 30-40cm wide x high in a 3 litre container.

DELIVERY TERMS:

• Delivery charge is €20.00 per order, irrespective of the number of plants ordered.
• Plants are delivered by van to ensure thay arrive in perfect condition.
• Delivery ONLY in DunLaoghaire Rathdown or Dublin 1,2,3,4,6,and 8.
• We cannot deliver on specified days. If nobody is home the delivery will be left in a safe place.
• We will notify you by phone, text or email prior to your delivery.
• Please allow up to or over one week for delivery.
