Fargesia robusta 'Campbell' / 'Campbell' bamboo

A dense, upright non-invasive clump-forming bamboo that makes a good screen up to 3 metres in height. It prefers light shade and moist fertile soil. Like most bamboos, it likes some shelter from cold, drying winds, as the leaves can get scorched. The upright canes are a vivid green, with long thin leaves. Keep well watered after planting. As a hedge / screen, plant approx 2 plats per metre. Not suited for a balcony or anywhere exposed.  Max height approx 4 metres

Plants are 120-150cm tall, Irish-grown, 7.5 litre pots.
