Neem oil, 100ml

Highly prized for its natural insecticidal properties, neem oil is used by gardeners as a nature-friendly insecticide and fungicide. This extra virgin, organic neem oil is cold pressed and pure, retaining the ingredients that are essential to its efficacy. It is extracted from the Neem tree, Azadirachta indica. This organic neem oil can also be used for treating the scalp and as a general skin moisturiser - it is an important component of Ayurvedic medicine.

For treatement of plant pests, use a mister or fine sprayer to spray foliage (top and underside of leaves. It can also be sprayed or watered into the top layer of potting soil to kill fruit flies ar fungal outbreaks in your potted plants.

• Make sure your oil is fluid, as it can harden in lower temperatires. If necessary, soak the bottle in warm water for a few mionutes to warm it up.
• Add 10-20 drops per 100ml of water
• Add 2-3 drops of mild washing up liquid as an emulsifier.
• Spray the foliage, stems and compost to kill and repel insects.
• Do this periodically (not more than once per week) to keep your plants in pest-free health.
• For outdoor plants, spray infestations such as greenfly with a neem oil solution.
• Neem oil is also very effective at killing box moth catterpillars. Spray your box plants whenever you see  the moths' webs on your box plants.
• Safe for use on and around humans and pets.
  
• Also used in the home the treatment of nits and fleas.
