The recommended whetstones for sharpening gardening tools such as secateurs and shears. Keeping your tools in good shape makes them work better and last longer. Shears should be given a quick sharpen before each use, and secateurs should be sharpened periodically. The concave edge is designed for secateur blades. Soak stones thoroughly in water before use. As they are brittle, be careful not to drop them.
Use #1000 for general sharpening and #3000 for very fine work and honing. Soak for 5 minutes in water before use. Made in Japan. 130 x 20 x 23mm. C
