A double sided file for reviving old gardening tools such as shears, sickles etc. Use the #120 side to remove nicks and burrs and the #300 side for finer filing. You can use a sharpening stone / whetstone for final finishing of blades. Use dry. Made in Japan. 217mm long x 18mm wide. C
