Rhododendron 'Lady Alice Fitzwilliam'

Whenever this plant is in flower, everyone is struck by the wonderful fragrance. A compact Rhododendron whose exquisitely perfumed flowers open in mid to late April. For sun or light shade, and also suitable for a container. Best in a relatively sheltered area, out of strong winds and ideally with some shelter. If in a container, use ericaceous compost. Staying relatively compact, this rhododendron generally does not grow more than 120cm tall x 100cm wide.

Irish grown plants in a 5 litre container, 30-40cm tall.
